Goal Digger: March 2019

I just want to start this post off by wishing this series a Happy Birthday! It's the longest running series on my blog and this month marks one whole year that I've been busting down goals: Goaliana. I'm proud of the progress I've made but I have to be honest, staying on track is hard af!

When it comes to my weight loss journey, it's definitely been a struggle. I was going to the gym 7 days a week and then June hit and I lost myself. I gained 30 pounds over the summer. Around the end of November, I started to go back to the gym but then I started having car troubles. We're still down to one car in our household for the moment but there is no reason I shouldn't be working out, even if it's at home.

The goals I set out the achieve at the beginning of 2019 haven't changed. Those are year-round goals and they won't change. To familiarize yourself with my 2019 goals, CLICK HERE. My month to month goals, however, are going to be changing. I've been taking some time to focus on my school work for the past couple of months and may I just say that I've got some things in the works that could set me up to transition to full-time blogging and photography. Man, I can't wait to tell you guys about it, but until, there will be a little activity on the site, but please believe you can keep up with me on Instagram and Twitter.

So what are my goals for the month of March? Well, I'm glad you asked.

I'm aiming to plan better when it comes to posting and blogging. My Facebook account suffered this month and I have no one to blame but myself.

I've entered the Skills USA competition for photography so this month, I'm going to buckle down and go to the studio every opportunity I have to make sure my "skills" are up to par.

I keep saying this is a year of transition for my career but if I don't take the time to do the things I see for my future, I'll never get there. Saying YES to every opportunity that comes my way is the way to go.

I keep fighting with this weight loss thing but reality is, my busy schedule keeps me away from the gym, so making sure I'm doing some at home workouts is the goal for my physical goal.

Here it is!!! My goals list for March and I'm more optimistic than ever! What are some of your goals this month? I'd love to hear them. Comment below and let me know. As always, thanks for all the love and support, even with me being a little absent due to school and work. I thank you for hanging out and sharing. Until next time...
