New Harvests

Fall has arrived and that means new beginnings. This is the perfect opportunity to start anew. New changes, traditions, everything! One of my favorite Podcasts right now is Millennial Lov3. One of the hosts, Miche, gave me an epiphany. She uses her birthday as a time of reflection and renewal instead of the traditional New Year's Resolution. I will be adopting this philosophy to my life.

Reality is, we should be renew and growing every few months anyways. Living the same way for an entire year, and not growing in your intentions to yourself, to God and the people around you, even if you feel as though your life is great, you need to do better. Growth doesn't happen in complacency. Get out there and make moves! That's the only way you're going to know what works and what doesn't.

Take some time over the next few days and think about how the year has been to you. What have you done differently? How have you impacted those around you and afar? What can you improve about yourself? These are questions that I will try to answer myself so that I can be the best ME possible.

Comment down below if you want to go on this journey of renewal with me. How would you like to change? Is it personally, spiritually, physically. Let's talk!!! Until next time...
