God Bless Those 20 Somethings...

Hello from the other side of 30! The air is clear, the grass is greener and my mental health is the MOST stable it's been in years. What a year this has been, don't you think? 30 was the year I discovered who I wanted to be. Though I'm still a work in progress, I'm constantly working on the things I want.

I have been through some things. I've even questioned my faith in God a time or two, but he's always been there to assure me that things are alright and will get better on His terms, not my own. Like most of you, my 20s were full of life lessons, heartbreaks, breakups, and discovery. When you're a teen, you think you'll have life all figured out. I swear I could laugh at my teenage self with some of the ideas she had for my life.

Your 20s are suppose to be the most fun decade of your life. We think it's the prime time of our lives and that there will never be another life like that of a 20 something. What if I told you there was a light brighter than your 20s on the other side of 30? Would you honestly believe me if I told you that my first year of my 30s has been the best year of my adult life?

Here, I sit on my 31st birthday and I'm so thankful, not only for you guys reading from week to week, but everything that I've been blessed with. My family is in great health, my friends have been my rock through this process of learning my blog and myself and I even have a man, yes hunni, I said a MAN that loves and supports me. Life is nowhere near perfect, but its beautiful. Every struggle, ever flaw, everything!

I can't say thank you enough! You guys have truly been amazing this past year and it's only going to get better from here. Continue to share my posts, and the website as well. Continue to tell your friends about the site. I hope that I'm able to help someone out there that needs an extra boost of motivation. I love each and every one of you for supporting me.
