If you know me in my personal life, you'd know that the one thing I can't live without, cosmetically, is highlighter!!! I could honestly use the same cosmetic items everyday and switch it up with my highlighter. What makes today's look any different, I USED A BRAND NEW HIGHLIGHTER!!!! Today, I decided that I would get up and put some makeup on. I haven't been feeling my best lately. I've been sick for a month straight and today was the first day that I've felt like myself in weeks. I was gifted the Becca Cosmetics Shimmering Skin Perfector in Vanilla Quartz as a secret santa gift, because my friends are the absolute best. I've had for weeks but I just popped it open today! I don't know about you but there's something about using a new makeup item for the first time. I ran into the room with my mom because I told her I wanted her to experience the moment with me. She called me childish....I kind of agree with her (lmao) Becca highlighters melt into the skin like its a second skin. Unlike most highlighters that go on glittery or super powdery, this one glides onto your skin like a sheet of glistening silk.
