Oh Hey...

...and Happy New Year to you all!!! I'm so blessed to be her with you all after a very long 2 years of inactivity here at phoenixbeauty101.com. I'm so happy to be back with you all. So much has happened in the time I've been away. A pandemic (with vaccines, this time), relocation, heartbreak, homelessness. Man, I've been through it over the last 2 years. I've learned a lot, grown even more, and now I'm back and better than ever.

I'm happy to bring you one of my first ever series. I started this series to show accountability over my goals and how I achieve them. My goal with this series has always been to give you a glimpse into my life and show you the things I'm working on. With my workload as heavy as it's ever been, I need the accountability more than ever. Let's jump into it...

Write Everyday

Getting back into the swing of editing daily is going to take some serious getting use to. Lucky for you, dear reader, I've already got a few weeks worth of content planned. I don't want to get lazy though. I am writing everyday to assure I give you the absolute best of me. That's what you deserve and I will make sure to give that 100%.

Move Your Body!

I've gotten a little stiff lately. My depression and anxiety has gotten the best of me lately and I've have become sort of a bed potato, so I have to get up and move this month. I don't want to make a resolution to say, "I'm going to get back in the gym." The gym gives me another type of anxiety that I refuse to get back into. I will be moving my body this month. Flexibility is one of my main focuses so stretching at the beginning and end of the day is my goal.

Film More Content!

When I was filming content on my TikTok page in 2022, it didn't matter what was happening in my life, I was happy and thriving. I stopped making so much content on my own page when I got promoted last year. I also became my job's social media ambassador and manager, so it got a little harder to manage my own content and work, but I'm happy to say that I've got a better handle on both, so I will be filming more content this month. I've got loads of content planned on my social media pages so stay tuned!

I don't want to overwhelm you all with my goals. Though I only listed 3 goals, I have way more goals set for January. These are the three most frivolous, but important for me to increase my accountability. If you can stay steady with small things, you can become steady with the larger things. 2024, for me, is about really taking accountability for myself, my actions, and my responsibilities. I need to be able to fully commit to this. For real this time. This is me, fully committed. Until Next time...
