Phoenix Beauty 101 started out as the name for my business plan when I was in school for esthetics. Now it means so much more. Beauty use to pertain to physical beauty...cosmetic beauty.

The evolution of PB101 has had many stages but I think this is one of the most successful stage of them all. Not because I have a bit of a following but because it signifies true beauty. The kind of beauty that shines from within. The kind of beauty that draws others to you like a moth to a flame. Beauty that is only exclusive to you.

Reality is, beauty is multi-faceted. It has many levels and different views, but there's no beauty like the one that each of us possess and that, to me, is why I'm thriving. I've struggled with confidence issues my entire adult life and even now, I find myself questioning my beauty.

Believing you are beautiful is the first step. Truly loving and accepting your flaws is how you get there. Let me know below how you're conquering your inner voices.
